Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Stack, a marketing automation service provided by Sovereign Stack LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using The Stack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Stack is a monthly subscription service that includes:

• Conversion-optimized landing page deployed in your business name
• CRM with lead pipeline and contact management
• AI-powered lead responder (24/7 automated responses to calls, texts, and form submissions)
• Missed call text-back automation
• Review request automation
• Google Business Profile optimization
• AI visibility scan and monitoring
• Quarterly performance check-in

2. Subscription and Billing

• The Stack costs $497 per month, billed as a recurring subscription by Sovereign Stack LLC.
• There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
• Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.
• Sovereign Stack LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
• To cancel, email hello@sovereignstackgroup.com or call (888) 484-3828.
• Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of all custom assets we built for you, including your landing page, CRM contacts, and review history.
• AI automation, managed services, and ongoing optimization stop upon cancellation.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information during onboarding.
• You are responsible for responding to leads captured by the system in a timely manner.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited communications that violate applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

• Custom assets created specifically for your business (landing pages, CRM data, review history) are yours to keep.
• The underlying AI technology, software, automations, and proprietary systems remain the property of Sovereign Stack LLC.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our technology or services.

6. Service Availability

• The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead counts, ranking positions, or business outcomes.
• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Stack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berks County, Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
